Thank you for your interest in joining our roster. ELMGMT works with some of the most passionate, content-driven, and dynamic storytellers from around the globe. We are looking for speakers who are stewards of the story – passionate, well informed, and can captivate our clients.

Our roster of speakers are made up of a range of experts, workshop facilitators, senior level executives, and seasoned industry professionals who motivate, educate, and inspire intimate dinners and mass audiences alike. Expanding our roster is paramount to our goal of providing a range of dynamic services to the meetings and events industry. We are always seeking and eager to add more diverse voices to our roster. In an effort to ensure that our speakers are the right fit for our organization, we require the following materials upon submission.

Frequently Asked Questions
We are interested in a range of topics and always interested in exploring niche speakers who talk about unconventional topics. If you’re unsure about whether or not your topic is relevant, please look for it in the “topics” section of the application.
Our roster consists of primarily non-exclusive speakers. We operate in the best interests of our clients, who are talent buyers. Therefore, we do not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of engagements for speakers.
We are looking for confident powerhouse speakers who have a great deal of experience in the speaker circuit. Our speakers have a very solid reputation of delivering impactful sessions and leaving audiences mind blown. We are looking for speakers who have high quality content and are consistent in distributing that content across multiple digital platforms.
We use a comprehensive 20 point assessment to determine fit for our organization. As a boutique agency, we typically onboard just a handful of speakers per year and receive hundreds of great submissions.
Because of the amount of applicants we receive a year, we respond only to applicants we’re interested in typically 2-3 weeks after receipt.
